If there's one thing that the metropolitan city of Chongqing in Southwestern China is renowned for around the world, it is Chongqing hotpot style. It is especially famous for its Yin-Yang hotpot which combines the Sichuan Mala (麻辣) sauce, famed because of its distinctive flavor and aroma, with nutritious and smooth-tasting home-made broth.

After finding out for ourselves on how amazing this Chongqing-style hotpot is, we felt that we would be remiss if we don't share this fantastic hotpot style with our fellow citizens in Indonesia.
